1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer flexible shipping options based on order size, destination, urgency, and budget:

• Sea Freight — Ideal for large/bulk orders (LCL or FCL containers) via major carriers (e.g., Maersk, COSCO, Evergreen, ONE)
• Air Freight — For faster delivery of smaller or high-value shipments (via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Hong Kong International Airport cargo partners)
• Express Courier — For samples, small parcels, or urgent needs (DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, UPS)
• Other — Rail/road combinations for select Asian destinations or multimodal options

We work with reputable global and local freight forwarders to ensure reliable service and competitive rates.

2. Incoterms and Responsibilities

Shipping terms follow Incoterms® rules (latest version) as agreed in writing:

• EXW (Ex Works) — Buyer handles all transport, export clearance, and risks from our Hong Kong warehouse.
• FOB (Free On Board) — Common for sea freight; we handle loading at Hong Kong port; buyer assumes risk thereafter.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) — We arrange and pay for main carriage and insurance to destination port; buyer handles import clearance.
• DAP / DDP (Delivered at Place / Delivered Duty Paid) — Available on request (additional fees apply); we deliver to named place, with DDP including import duties/taxes where feasible.

3. Shipping Timelines & Estimates

• Order Processing: Most orders ship within 3–10 business days after deposit/payment confirmation and final approval (longer for custom or large-volume orders).
• Transit Times (approximate):
  • Asia: 3–10 days (air/express), 10–25 days (sea)
  • Europe/North America: 5–12 days (air), 25–45 days (sea)
  • Other regions: Varies; we provide quotes with estimated ETAs

Timelines are estimates only and subject to carrier schedules, weather, customs delays, holidays, or force majeure events. We provide tracking numbers where applicable.

4. Costs and Payment

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight/volume, destination, service level, and current rates. We provide detailed freight quotes upon request or with proforma invoices.

• Buyer pays all shipping/freight charges unless otherwise agreed (e.g., under CIF terms).
• Additional fees (customs duties, taxes, handling, insurance) are the buyer's responsibility.
• Freight costs are non-refundable once goods are shipped.

5. Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information is provided via email once the shipment departs. For express shipments, real-time tracking is available through the carrier's website/app.

Delivery is considered complete when goods are handed over per the agreed Incoterms. Any claims for loss or damage must follow the carrier's procedures and our Return Policy.

6. Customs and Compliance

Hong Kong is a free port with no general export tariffs. Buyer must ensure compliance with destination country import rules. We assist with export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin if needed) as per agreed terms.
