3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in the currency specified (usually USD or HKD) and are exclusive of taxes, duties, shipping, insurance, and customs fees unless stated otherwise.

• Payment terms (e.g., 30% deposit, balance before shipment) are specified in the quotation or contract.
• Payments must be made via bank transfer or other approved methods. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
• All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Delivery, Shipping, and Risk of Loss

Delivery terms follow the Incoterms® specified in the contract (default: EXW Hong Kong unless otherwise agreed).

5. Returns, Refunds, and Quality
